For my previous purchases/financing I'd used my bank, but with the market adversely affecting rates I wanted to find someone that could reduce our mortgage length while finding the best rate for us. I reached out to Ted from this site and not only secured an excellent rate, but did so hours before rates began their climb to what they are today.<br/><br/>Working with Ted was every bit like working with the Badgleys: Professional, courteous, yet comfortable in a family-friend way. <br/><br/>As long as I live in Washington state I will use the Badgleys for my home purchases.
